~ Father's Day weekend ~

A weekend of worth...........................We decided to go to LaGrande, Oregon for the night.  As we were headed to are destination the weather was looking a little on the dark side (rainy, cloudy and cold).  We made it in time to fish.
Morgan Lake:  We fished for a couple of hours and we caught fish (trout)!!!! Headed back to the motel room let the kids swim for a couple of minutes before it got dark.    Fathers Day morning:  we give Justins his cards, which he LOVED!!!! On are way to Thief Valley which is in the middle of no where Haines/Baker City.  Wind is blowing and it's overcast.  It looks cold outside but me and the kiddos are game and plus its fathers day.  We unload the lake boat and put all are gear in.  All of us are situated and we are off.  Justin's the captain......Bailee says to her dad "  We aren't going to run out of fuel are we dad?"  Justin answers " Nope we got a fuel tank of fuel".  3 hours later, no fish and we are three quarters of the way bake to the dock and the boat motor DIES.......yep its out of fuel............Justin's says wheres the or and it is no where to be found....That's because its in the back of Justin's truck.  As smart as Justin is he takes the floaters gets his knife out cuts it out and inserts the fish net.  Yes he is one smart cookie.  He says to the kids and I  you all better start praying to Jesus to get us into the dock..  The wind is blowing and moving us further away.  Wyatt and I grab so more floaters and start paddling on the opposite side of Justin.  My head is buried in my lap while I'm paddling and I'm laughing so hard and Justin is so mad.  Teamwork and hard work got us back to shore.  What a morning it was and a memorable one at that.  The pictures that are included are priceless and say it all.
